1. Document Upload and Initial Processing:
When the user uploads a real estate auction document to DocLance, the tool first uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to convert the document’s text into a format that can be processed by AI.

2. Information Retrieval with RAG:
After uploading the document content in the Vector Database, the RAG system then takes over, which is designed to enhance the AI’s ability to generate responses by retrieving relevant information from a chunked document. This retrieval process allows the prompt for the LLM model to receive specific data to generate accurate answers.

3. Summarization and Analysis with GPT Models:
Once the relevant information is retrieved, GPT models are employed. These are advanced neural networks trained on a diverse range of internet text. In the context of DocLance, the GPT model generates an extended summary of the auction document. It analyzes the content, synthesizes the retrieved information, and presents it in a concise, easy-to-understand format.

4. Interactive Q&A:
Beyond summarization, the GPT model also powers an interactive Q&A feature. You can ask any question about the auction document, and the model will provide precise answers by referring to both the document’s text and the additional context from the RAG system’s retrieved data.
